# Department Regulations

(1.1) Driving\
\
▫️As an LEO, you are not permitted to drive recklessly. Additionally, you may not break city laws unless your lights are on and you are in the course of official duties.

(1.2) Whitelisted\
\
▫️SWAT is a whitelisted team, meaning you must apply and be approved to join. You are not allowed to use any supervisor, undercover, or ghost liveries, as these are also whitelisted.

(1.3) Scenes\
\
▫️If there is a suspect holding a hostage, you cannot rush into the house and kill the suspect. You must roleplay the situation appropriately, considering the hostage and the need for a tactical response.

(1.4) Supervisor

▫️A supervisor can request your removal from the team by contacting staff if you are not being realistic or roleplaying correctly as an LEO. Staff members can also take similar action if needed.

(1.5) Drama\
\
▫️Do not create or involve yourself in drama. If you have any conflicts or issues with a department or its head, please inform the department overseer to address the matter appropriately.

(1.6) Jurisdiction\
\
▫️Jurisdiction matters: New York Police must remain within the city, the New York Sheriff's Office Department must stay in the county, NYSP and SWAT may patrol the entire map. You may break jurisdiction only for high-risk calls or pursuits.

(1.7) Fire Department.\
\
▫️EMS must use the International Ambulance with the FDNY livery if they are not whitelisted.
