# Discord Regulations

 At New York City, we are dedicated to fostering a welcoming and enjoyable community for all our members. To ensure that everyone has a positive and enriching experience, we kindly ask all members to engage respectfully, follow our guidelines, and contribute to maintaining a friendly atmosphere.\

\&#xNAN;**(1.0) Respect**\
\
▫️Please maintain a high level of respect for all community members and avoid any form of bullying, harassment, or threats at all times.\
\
\&#xNAN;**(1.1) Discord Nickname**\
\
▫️Make sure your Discord nickname matches your Roblox username, except for callsigns, which must be separated by a line symbol.\
\
\&#xNAN;**(1.2) Not Safe For Work**\
\
▫️We have a zero-tolerance policy for posting or sharing any NSFW or hateful content, including text, images, voice channels, or links.\
\
\&#xNAN;**(1.3) Advertising**\
\
▫️We enforce a strict policy that prohibits any form of self-advertising, whether it involves promoting your services, personal accounts, or any other form of promotional content. This policy applies to all channels within our community as well as direct messages, and is designed to maintain a focused and respectful environment for everyone.\

\&#xNAN;**(1.4) Profanity**\
\
▫️We ask all members to follow this filter and avoid attempting to bypass it. Additionally, please exercise caution when using profanity, as racial slurs are strictly prohibited.\

\&#xNAN;**(1.5) Channels**\
\
▫️Please make sure to use the channels for their intended purposes and ensure they are used appropriately.\
\
\&#xNAN;**(1.6) Server Drama**\
\
▫️Starting drama within our server or showing disrespect towards other servers is strictly forbidden. If you need to discuss such matters, please do so in direct messages.\
\
\&#xNAN;**(1.7) English Only**\
\
▫️For communication purposes, please be aware that only the English language is allowed within our community.<br>
